Victoria L. Prange has 25 years of experience in insurance civil litigation, primarily working in defense of developers, general contractors, trade subcontractors, and construction managers in all aspects of residential and commercial construction defect litigation arising out of both new and redevelopment projects throughout Northern California. In her practice she has years of experience defending personal injury cases and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in coverage and bad faith disputes arising out of CGL, travel, health, and professional liability policies. She has represented clients in all forms of ADR, including a months-long binding arbitration, and has tried ten cases to jury verdict. Education:
