Jason GlessJason C. Gless has over 20 years of litigation experience. His diverse practice includes representation of national home builders, homeowners' associations, real estate developers, transportation companies, Fortune 500 companies, as well as neighborhood businesses. Mr. Gless is licensed to practice law in California where he serves as general counsel to one of the state's largest citrus farming operations. In addition, Mr. Gless is also licensed to practice in the State of Nevada where he served as the construction risk manager for one of the largest developments to be undertaken on the Las Vegas strip.Mr. Gless has litigated over 600 cases to resolution, including numerous bench and jury trials. In the backdrop of his litigation experience, Mr. Gless is often called upon by clients to review and update their contracts and employment manuals as well as their risk management procedures from the prospective of a litigator. Mr. Gless is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada and American Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Gless is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association where he is a panel mediator for the Riverside County court sponsored mediation program. Mr. Gless was raised in Riverside, California, and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside; where he played four years for the Highlander Golf Team. He graduated from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1996, and began his carrer at the local firm of Reid & Hellyer. After several years at the firm, he transitioned to the firm of Wood Smith Henning & Berman where he served as the managing partner of the firm's Riverside office. Education:
