Robert B. Robards
Robert Robards is the managing attorney in the Sacramento office and has been with the firm since its inception in 1994. Rob represents automobile dealerships facing administrative claims filed by the DMV as well as lawsuits filed by consumers. He counsels dealers on an array of automotive industry issues such as safe harbor advertising and red flag rule compliance. He has extensive experience representing developers and contractors throughout Northern California.
