Susan Hutter Urrutia

Susan Hutter's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including construction and real estate disputes and insurance coverage disputes. She successfully represents general contractors, developers, and home owners in all aspects of construction defect litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage and resolving insurance disputes on primary, additional insured, and wrap policies for her clients.

Susan also handles family law and divorce matters, including drafting prenuptial agreements and resolving issues related to legal separations, child support, child custody and visitation, spousal support and alimony, and property value and division. Susan enjoys the practice of family law because she is able to help individuals and families gain control over their future and affairs during confusing and difficult times in their lives. Her clients enjoy her passion and unique sensitivity to their individual cases.
